Carburetor Cleaner is a highly effective solution for cleaning carburetors without the need for dismantling. It quickly, carefully, and efficiently cleans throttle and air dampers, diffusers, jets, and all other internal surfaces of carburetors. Additionally, it can be used to clean external surfaces of carburetors. This product is suitable for use with both two-stroke and four-stroke gasoline engines, regardless of whether they have catalytic converters or not.

- MANNOL Carburetor Cleaner Spray 9970 is formulated with highly effective organic solvents, free from acetone.
- It completely dissolves and removes various carburetor contaminants without causing clogging of engine components like valves and combustion chambers.
- Improves engine performance by stabilizing idle speed, facilitating cold starts, and enhancing acceleration.
- Optimizes intake system operation by cleaning and lubricating moving parts.
- Contains substances aggressive to paint and plastics.
- Reduces fuel consumption by up to 5% and exhaust gas toxicity.
- Suitable for cleaning various engine parts including motorcycle chains, timing chains, clutch parts, and gears.
Application:
- Turn off the engine and remove the air filter to access the throttle.
- Spray the product on all internal surfaces of the carburetor and external surfaces if needed. Allow to dry.
- Replace the air filter, ideally replacing it simultaneously.
- Start the engine and let it run at medium speed or idle for 20 seconds at 2000 rpm to burn off remaining dirt in the injection system.
Note:
If the engine can maintain a stable speed with the air intake disconnected, cleaning can be performed with the engine on. Otherwise, seek guidance from a service center.
Ensure the product does not contact the air flow meter or painted parts during cleaning, as it may damage them.
